Your collages are superb! I particularly like the clouds one and the one with orange leaves and seagulls

Ah, Wonders of the World Within. Thank you so much! I put that collage together in the middle of the night when I'd been inspired in an entirely different direction. I then went back to bed, and woke up the next morning with a clear view of where I was taking my direction/style.

Quite the result for something I hadn't planned on at the time!

Thank you a great article and aside from the parasol joke, which I did find funny, I enjoyed the whole piece. What resonated for me is who do we create art for and a question I've been considering lately, having just finished some recording for a music project, I've loved the whole process from writing to being in the studio, to designing the artwork, to creating all of this with my son as a creative partner. These aspects have nourished me the most, yet I do want to get the music into the world for others to hear, so I'm trying to take these creative thoughts into the promoting the record stage, holding onto what the art is for, the whole thing, the process and the sharing of my art, so they are more hand in hand rather than competing, if that makes sense?

That makes a great deal of sense, yes. The process is a huge part of creativity and it speaks volumes that a lot of people crave more behind the scenes detail about the way people make their art. The fact you're enjoying the process, and even able to include your son in it too, means you can have fun where someone else might find the process a chore.

The fact this all works hand in hand, as you say, means you can also share your process along the way. I find that rewarding for me (and I only wish to share more as time goes on). Even better, others say how much closer they feel to the work than if they were just handed the finished stuff later down the line.

I wish you and your family the very best for your music and all your creative endeavours!

Fun poems! It makes me long to write poems again, thanks for the reminder that there is poetry in the world and I could add to my own little poetry book. :-)
