This is a brilliant read. I find myself wondering how my book will be received because my writing tends to be more on the branding and business side…and memoir is so different! But I’m curious to see how it lands when the time comes to share. Thanks for curating this. So, so useful!
Ooh, you make a great point about different genres. Yes, I've done very little memoir myself over the years, but oodles of education, business, branding, etc. Stepping toward new territory, or walking away from old territory is useful to think about, and needn't be as scary as so many seem to find it.
After all, we're all complex individuals with a massive range of gifts, interests, and opinions. Even if we do find ways to fit into tribes. The individual and the collective, both have immense value.

It makes me think of the "People like us" that Seth Godin often speaks of. https://seths.blog/2013/07/people-like-us-do-stuff-like-this/
Thanks for your kind words, Sarah.
